2 quarts popcorn, popped (from about 1/3 cup unpopped kernels)
3/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup corn syrup
1/2 cup butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup butterscotch chips
3/4 cup peanut butter chips
1 cup peanuts, chopped
1½ cup pretzels, crushed

Ingredients



4 cups whole milk
3 cups half & half
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 tablespoons molasses
2 tablespoons ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon allspice
1 bay leaf
6 whole cloves
1 star anise pod
3½ cups white chocolate chips
2 tablespoons brown sugar
Mini marshmallows, for garnish
Gingerbread cookies, for garnish





Preparation

1.In a pot, heat milk, half & half, vanilla, molasses, ginger, nutmeg, allspice, bay leaf, cloves and star anise until steamy but not boiling, or to 180°F.
