With school back in session, activities and homework in full swing, getting a nutritious meal on the table is just one extra thing to worry about. 

I know for me time is the thing I don’t ever have enough of once we get home. There are horses to ride, rodeo events to practice, homework to do, cleaning to do and get ready to do it all over again tomorrow! 

I know I’m not alone many of you can substitute football, volleyball, dance, cross country, music lessons, chores in and you’re in the same boat as I’m in every night.  I’ve gotten better at planning our meals out for the week. I also love to try new recipes and it’s always fun when you find one your family loves.
