Instructions: Divide the cabbage head into quarters with four deep cuts, but leave the sections attached at the stem. Work the rub into the cabbage quarters. Add a pat of butter between each of the segments and wrap the head tightly in aluminum foil. Place the cabbage on a medium-hot grill or in the oven at 400 degrees and cook until tender, 30-45 minutes depending on size.
